**Fall 2026 Health Insurance Waivers**

Please note that HUSHP Health Insurance Waiver applications for the Fall 2026 term must be completed online by July 31, 2026. Learn more about [HUSHP Coverage](https://hushp.harvard.edu/your-benefits/) and your [eligibility to waive](http://hushp.harvard.edu/waiver-eligibility-application).

**Share Information with Delegates**

Family members and others who need access to view your student account, make electronic payments, and receive account notifications when charges are due should be set up as [delegates](/how-to#delegate). If you have not already done so, log in to your account at [my.harvard](https://portal.my.harvard.edu) and select **Share My Information** to set up your delegates.

**Direct Deposit**

The best way to receive a Student Account refund is by [direct deposit](/how-to#directdeposit). Log in to [my.harvard](https://portal.my.harvard.edu) to set up direct deposit using your U.S. checking or savings account.

We now offer in-person service by appointment only. To book your appointment, please email our customer service team at [student\_billing@harvard.edu](mailto:student_billing@harvard.edu) with the subject line “in-person appointment” and a brief explanation of how we can help you in person.

Please note that payments should be mailed to the [Student Accounts payment mailing address](https://sfs.harvard.edu/contact). Payments and forms can also be dropped in the SFS drop box, which is located in the Smith Campus Center Arcade next to the security desk (to the left of the green wall).

As always, we encourage all students and delegates to [make an e-payment ](/how-to#MakePayment)whenever possible, as it will be immediately applied to the bill.
