June 15, 2026

Account updates for Fall 2026 tuition charges will soon be posted for Harvard College undergraduates. **Students can expect to receive their fall bills on July 10th, with a due date of August 15th.**

In preparation, we ask you to review the information below and take any appropriate action.

#### • Authorize Delegates

In order for anyone other than yourself to make e-payments towards your student account, and to receive notifications, view information, and contact our office about the account, they must be set up as delegates. Log in to [my.harvard](https://portal.my.harvard.edu/) and select **Share My Information,** to begin (*Please note: You’ll need each delegate’s birth date and email address to complete the process*).

#### • Plan to Make Your Payment

Please review the accepted [methods of payment](/methods-payment) in preparation for making your fall semester payment. You can also consider the option of enrolling in the [monthly payment plan](/monthly-payment-plan).

**Please note: All students and delegates are encouraged to remit payment online via my.Harvard, if possible, as this is the most efficient payment method.**

#### • Set Up Direct Deposit for Student Account Refunds

Direct deposit is the recommended method for receiving student account refunds.

Log in to [my.harvard](https://portal.my.harvard.edu/) to set up direct deposit using a U.S. bank account.

#### • Report Outside Awards

If you are expecting to receive any outside awards, report your awards to the College Financial Aid Office. To report outside awards, click on the Financial Aid tab on the [my.harvard](https://portal.my.harvard.edu/psp/hrvihprd/EMPLOYEE/EMPL/h/?tab=HU_SSS&jsconfig=%7B) homepage, and select "Report Outside Awards." The actual outside award checks should always be sent directly to the [Student Accounts payment mailing address](https://sfs.harvard.edu/contact).

#### • Harvard Student Health Insurance Waiver Application Deadline is July 31, 2026

All students are charged for student health insurance each term. If you are covered by your family insurance, you may be able to waive enrollment in the University plan.

Information about the Harvard University Student Health Insurance Plan (HUSHP), including criteria for waiving enrollment, is available on the [HUHS website](https://hushp.harvard.edu/). Please note that if a waiver is approved, the $2,477 charge for student health insurance will either be offset by a waiver credit or not appear, at all, on the student account.

#### • Tuition Insurance

The GradGuard Tuition Protection Plan offers a smart and affordable way to protect your college investment in the event of a medical withdrawal. To learn more and/or enroll in the plan, please visit the [GradGuard website](https://gradguard.com/tuition?school_id=2756).
