Due to COVID-19, operations within the (Central) Student Financial Services Office will be impacted in the following ways:
- Walk-In service at SFS is suspended until further notice, but an SFS drop box is available
- Students can continue to remit payments online via my.Harvard or wire transfer (Flywire/Western Union) without delays
- Loan borrowers can continue to remit payments online via Heartland ECSI without delays
- Expect significant delays in all incoming mail processing at SFS, including check and loan document processing
- SFS will remain available by phone and email during our normal business hours (email preferred)
