Due to ongoing concerns posed by coronavirus (COVID-19), operations within the University (Central) Student Financial Services Office will be impacted in the following ways:
Walk-In service at SFS is suspended until further notice, but an SFS drop box is available
Students can continue to remit payments online via my.Harvard or wire transfer (Flywire/Western Union) without delays
Loan borrowers can continue to remit payments online via Heartland ECSI without delays
Expect significant delays in all incoming mail processing at SFS, including check and loan document processing
SFS will remain available by phone and email during our normal business hours (email preferred)
