While walk-in service continues to remain suspended at this time, our customer service team is available by phoneand email during our normal business hours. Students should continue to remit payments online via my.harvard, or through wire transfer with Flywire or Western Union. Check payments and forms can be mailed to our office or dropped in the SFS drop boxlocated in the Smith Campus Center next to the security desk at the main elevator bank.
I changed my address with the University, why doesn't the Loan Office have it?
Changing your address with one department (for ex. Alumni Records or Student Accounts), does not change it across the University. You must also change your address with our office by going to our borrower website or emailing us at email@example.com.
